SICOM Capital Management Private Limited (SCMPL) was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of SICOM Limited with a share capital of Rupees 4.58 lakhs to render services as the Asset Management Company of SICOM Venture Capital Fund (SVCF). However, SVCF has since been liquidated and hence there are no business activities/ operations that are being carried out by the company.
